Blogger Book Fair July 2013!

So in case you were wondering what this book fair is all about, here's the Blogger Book Fair explained: Just think back to elementary school when you would walk into your classroom, and your teacher would announce that glorious statement to tingle the senses of book worm spawn everywhere:

"After lunch, we will be skipping our math lesson to visit the book fair!"

And your little nerd brain just starts to explode with joy!! Because then you would get to go with your classmates and that envelope of money your mom sent with you, and you can spend a whole hour just looking at books.

And each table would be something different. Most of them were books, of course, but some of the tables had games, toys, and sometimes candy. And every once in a blue moon, if you were really lucky, an author of one of those books would be there to sign books and answer questions.

Okay, so get that hyped up feeling from your childhood and just magnify it. Why? Because you get to do THAT wherever you are, on your computer! All next week!! In your PJ's, at work (ignoring that report you need to file), on your lunch break, after dinner, hiding in the bathroom because your kids are screaming...wherever. The books and authors are all right here from the 22nd to the 26th so you can take a good look.

Hint #1

I'm sitting here, editing Poltarion for your viewing pleasure, and I'm thinking, "You know what I would have LOVED from all my favorite series? Hints! Before they came out, some tantalizing looks into the plot would have been legit!"

So I'm going to do that. Poltarion should be released sometime this year (dependent on how long the editing process takes, as well as talks with my publisher), so I'll let everyone wonder in the meantime. Fun, right??

Okay, so here's your first clue:

Oooh! Mysterious! I'll give more clues...say, every step closer I get to publishing. Happy reading to you all!

I EMERGE!!!

With two weeks left in my school semester, I'm emerging from isolation. It's time to get back into the author world! So hello readers. :)

I've got some great stuff coming up. In about two weeks, on July 22nd, I will be doing the blogger book fair again! What can you look forward to with that?

First of all free books. That's right! I'll be giving away two more copies of Lunula for you to read. All you have to do is visit my page and enter the rafflecopter box I will have off to the right there.

Secondly, I will be teaming up with some fantastic authors. But I won't be interviewing them. Introducing...

The Villain Interview!

We'll be getting to know the author's villain in their books, so you can get an idea of who you'll be "up against" if you decide to pick up their book. Fun, right??

And if that wasn't enough, I'm knee-deep in editing Poltarion, the sequel to Lunula. Huzzah! So for those of you where were angry at me for leaving it at a cliff-hanger, you won't have much longer to wait.

Thanks for being my readers, friends, and fellow authors!! And stay tuned for all this great stuff.

The Queen is Pleased Indeed!

Queen Alexandria is very pleased! She was thoroughly amused by all the submissions, and hopes the jesters will return to her court whenever they feel inclined.

But this is a contest after all, and a winner must be chosen! The winning poem was offered by...M. Blank!

Drifting through the family mob,
avoiding questions about my job.
My relations won't back down.
I hate telling them I'm a circus clown.

The queen laughed and was thoroughly amused, good jester! You are dubbed the Royal Jester of Queen Alexandria's Court in Highland of Irador!

The winner will be contacted shortly to receive their free copy of Lunula, as well as my hearty congratulations. And thank you to everyone who stopped by during the Spring Blog Carnival! The next event I have coming up will be the Blogger Book Fair, which I am proud to take part in during July. For the time being, this busy writer will be focusing on her last full-time semester of college! Keep an eye out for my guest blog appearances and book reviews.

Happy Summer to you all!
